1. 50 % deposit required upon confirmation of booking.

2. Balance 50 % has to be cleared 45 days before the arrival of the guest at the destination if the internal train, flight or ship ticket is a part of the package.

3. If there is no internal train, flight or ship ticket in the package then the remaining 50% payment has to be cleared 30 days before arrival of the guest at the destination.

4. No services will be provided if 100% payment is not cleared before arrival at the destination.

Cancellation :

1. After confirmation if booking is cancelled by any reason 45 days before the guest arrival at the destination no cancellation fee be charged except administration and handling charges @ INR 2000 Per person. In case internal flights, ship, train tickets are issued then the refund or cancellation of the respective service provider will be applicable.

2. After confirmation of the booking, if it gets cancelled less than 45 days from the date of guest arrival at the destination then 50 % of the total invoice amount will be charged as cancellation charges.

3. After confirmation of the booking if cancelled less than 30 days before the date of guest arrival at the destination then 100 % of payment will be forfeited.

Please note:

• All the invoices are subject to 5% GST on the total invoice amount.
• Every confirmation once invoices issued are subject to PAN Card and Passport copies of all travelers.
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• On all confirmed bookings bank charges will be applicable for remittance purpose
• Prices are subject to change with/without prior notice.
• TCS declaration as per government's guideline is a must for every passenger booked.
